These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the New Orleans Health & Healing Association website and services. By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Disclaimer

Services provided by New Orleans Health & Healing Association:

  • Are not medical treatment
  • Do not include medical diagnosis
  • Do not replace care from a licensed physician

Susan Varuso is a Licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Whole Life Health Coach, not a physician.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. You may cancel or reschedule by phone (504-338-6456), text, or email (susanvarusochhc@gmail.com).

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may result in a cancellation fee or may require prepayment for your next appointment. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or cancel appointments
  • Refuse service when appropriate

4. Payments

All payments must be paid according to the terms provided during booking. Cash, check and Zelle are accepted.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of New Orleans Health & Healing Association and may not be copied or used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
